NJW Lifts Ltd is a straightforward, independent, family-run lift company. We started this business from scratch with 15 years of hands-on tools experience, and a belief that service should be reliable. We don't run a massive corporate call centre, and we don't pass you around from department to department. When you work with us, you deal directly with the engineers who run the business and actually know your lifts.

We keep things simple: lift breakdowns, diagnostics, emergency call-outs, and small repairs. We also provide reliable route cover on short notice when other lift firms need backup for engineer holidays, sickness, or peak periods. We cover London, Kent, Essex, and the surrounding areas.
We are fully set up for commercial contracts with £10,000,000 Employers' Liability, £5,000,000 Public Liability, and £5,000,000 Products Liability insurance. On the compliance side, we do things properly - we are strictly safe on-site and are currently going through our formal Alcumus SafeContractor assessment. If you need out-of-hours support or emergency call-outs, we handle that by arrangement.
